Giving to the work of the Great Commission

Any ministry endeavour requires finances and in the case of planting churches, it takes time, prayer and fiances. We appreciate the sponsorship you have committed to helping pastors plant churches in unreached areas of Myanmar. YOU are a major part of what God is doing in this Ministry and we thank you for your heart. With your help, GTP Mission has been able to plant over 200 churches all over Myanmar.

Missionary Support

A. Sponsoring a Missionary Partner

(AU $150/ Month)
To sponsor a Missionary to plant a church in an unreached town or village will cost AU $150 per month. This helps pay for the missionary's expenses as well as helping with his evangelistic efforts and programs. Each Missionary sends monthly reports on his efforts and the number of people he shared the Gospel with and how many are converted. It is a difficult ministry but rewarding as it saves people's lives.

Child Sponsorship

B. Life Bridge Builders

AU $25 per child

We sponsor under privileged children whose parents do not have enough finances to go to school and break the poverty. The sponsorship pays for the child's basic education, tuition fees, stationary, books and even helps the family and the community they live it.

Township Missionary Training

C. Mission Awareness Seminar Sponsorship

We plan on holding Mission Awareness Seminars in ten different locations.

An average of AU $20 per person is estimated for transport, food and lodging.
About 100 pastors and leaders are expected. An average cost of AU $1000 is estimated.

D. Township Missionary Training

Once a year we hold Township Missionary Trainings. This is to train existing pastors of churches in townships in order to support them and help them train up church planters in their own congregations who will go and plant churches in their surrounding villages.

The training is for one month.
The cost per pastor is AU $100.

Missionary Retreat

E. Missionaries Retreat/ Training

Every year, the existing missionaries we are currently supporting come together at GTP Mission HQ and spend one week with their wives and some of their key assistance to be encouraged, equpped, and trained in their ministry.

This is also a great time for the missionaries to network together and give each other support and a chance for the whole team to gain insights for their ministry which at times can be very difficult and lonely.

The cost for the Retreat overall is usually about AU $5,000.
We have about 50 - 70 leaders at this retreat.

Township Missionary Station

F. Township Missionary Station Support

We currently have 20 township Missionary Stations. These stations are not our 'normal' missionaries who are planting churches on their own, but these are exstablish churches we are partnering with and who have completed the Township Missionary Trainings.

The support required is AU $250 per month
The supervision cost is AU $25 and is for transportation costs. This is to help the township missionary go and visit the new missionaries under his care once every two months to support and encourage and train further.
